call) believes in these
words in entirety. She
does believe that only
success of a woman
can inspire thousands
to start walking on
path of success and
that was why she
chose motorbike, a
non-conventional
sports to break typical
stereotyped image
that scooty is for
woman and bullet for
man. She believes that
“a successful woman is
one who can build a
firm foundation of
bricks that others have

thrown at her” and proved
herself a champion motor-biker
in dirt bike rally. According to
her woman empowerment
doesn't mean playing victim
card and shaming men. A
graduate in Art, Shilpa doesn’t
hide her ambitions but at the
same time give due importance
to her family and duties towards
society which motivates her to
manage activities of charitable
institutions like Chintamani
Social Foundation as founder
and Chhatrapati Shivaji Palki
ceremony as woman president.
she is active member of
Mharastra NavNirman Sena and
served as president of Hadsar.
