It all began with a college performance where fate intervened, Mr. Champak Jain, owner of Venus Company and the chief guest that day, was captivated by her performance. Impressed by her presence and talent, he offered her a music video and a film on the spot. That moment marked the beginning of her acting career.
Since then, Nikita has appeared in several South Indian films and notable Bollywood projects like Black and White, Amma Ki Boli, and Mr. Hot Mr. Cool. Her earlier work also includes the multi-starrer comedy Garam Masala. Alongside films, she has highlighted her versatility through eight music videos and earned accolades such as the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Award, Midday Iconic Award, and the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award.
Apart from films, Nikita has also represented India internationally in Kathak, blending her classical dance form with modern Bollywood-style glamour. She has received numerous gold and honorary awards for her dedication and excellence as a Kathak performer. Her graceful fusion of tradition and trend continues to inspire many.
At present, she is preparing for a reality show alongside notable personalities such as Sunny Leone, Mr. Faisu, Sahil Khan, Tanisha Mukherjee, and Sangram Singh. She is also set to appear in an OTT web series and a feature-length film scheduled for release on Zee. Her upcoming appearances promise to showcase yet another dimension of her artistic versatility.
