The completion of the 5th and 6th railway track work between Kalyan and Thane has greatly benefited lakhs of commuters on the central railway. He has also facilitated the replacement of the Kalyan Patri Pool bridge with a new bridge, and initiated the construction of the Metro 12 – Kalyan – Taloja (New Mumbai) and the Airoli-Katai elevated road, which provides shorter travel time for commuters traveling between New Mumbai, Kalyan, and Thane.
Healthcare and welfare Schemes : Dr. Shrikant Shinde has been a strong advocate for healthcare in Maharashtra. He has worked towards improving the quality of healthcare services in the state and has initiated several schemes for the benefit of the people. Moreover, Dr. Shinde has established multiple health facilities and hospitals in his constituency that offer free healthcare services to the people. One of his notable initiatives is the Hon’ble Balasaheb Thackeray Medical Health Room, which is popularly known as ‘वंदनीय शिवसेनाप्रमुख बाळासाहेब ठाकरे शिवसेना वैद्यकीय मदत कक्ष.’ This healthcare center has the potential to transform the lives of numerous individuals who are struggling with health issues but lack the financial means to access medical care.
Education: Dr. Shrikant Shinde has been a strong proponent of education and has taken several initiatives to improve the education system in the state. He has worked towards providing better facilities and resources to schools and colleges in his constituency.

What inspired you to join politics, and what are your primary goals as a public servant?
My inspiration to join politics came from a desire to serve the people of Maharashtra and work towards their betterment. My primary goals as a public servant are to improve infrastructure, healthcare, education, and employment opportunities in the state, and to ensure that the benefits of development reach every section of society.
What are your views on the current state of healthcare in Maharashtra, and what measures have you taken to improve it?
I believe that healthcare is a crucial aspect of the development of any society, and it is a priority for me. We have taken several measures to improve the quality of healthcare services in Maharashtra, including the establishment of new hospitals and healthcare centers, the deployment of additional medical staff, and the introduction of new schemes to provide affordable healthcare to the underprivileged sections of society.
What is your vision for the future of Maharashtra, and what steps are you taking to achieve it?
My vision for the future of Maharashtra is to create a state that is modern, prosperous, and inclusive. To achieve this, we are working towards improving the state’s infrastructure, creating new employment opportunities, enhancing the quality of education, and promoting entrepreneurship and innovation. We are also committed to promoting the welfare of the underprivileged sections of society and creating a society that is just and equitable.
What initiatives have you taken to promote skill development and entrepreneurship among the youth of Maharashtra?
We have taken several initiatives to promote skill development and entrepreneurship among the youth of Maharashtra. We have established skill development centers across the state, which provide training and guidance to young people in various trades and industries. We have also introduced schemes to promote entrepreneurship and provide financial assistance to start-ups and small businesses. Additionally, we are working towards enhancing the quality of education and creating an ecosystem that fosters innovation and creativity.
What is your message to the people of Maharashtra, and how do you plan to address their concerns and aspirations?
My message to the people of Maharashtra is that we are committed to their welfare and development. We understand their concerns and aspirations, and we are working towards creating a state that provides equal opportunities and benefits to all. We are open to feedback and suggestions from the people, and we are constantly striving to improve our performance and deliver the best possible outcomes for the state and its people.
