Born and raised in Gorakhpur, Karunesh’s journey began with a deep connection to his roots, where tradition and history shaped his path to success, ultimately leading him back to where it all began.
Despite having little formal education, Mishra, driven by a strong determination, moved to Delhi in search of opportunities to improve his family’s situation. The realm of hospitality security transformed into his battleground, and as a third-party Security Supervisor, he pledged to advance through the hierarchies. His vision was vivid, he would eventually rise as a leader, protecting lives and establishing new benchmarks in his area.
Fourteen years of unwavering dedication shaped him into a formidable presence. He secured his position among the top hotel brands; Hilton, IBIS, JW Marriott, Novotel, Leela Palace, and The Imperial New Delhi, where every challenge refined his skills. He perfected the skill of safety, converting challenges into opportunities, and became a protector of hospitality.
Currently, as the Director of Security at Radisson Blu Gorakhpur, the city’s first upper-upscale international hotel, Mishra stands proud, not just as a leader but as a guardian of his community. His return signifies more than just a return home; it represents a purpose to aid, to strengthen, and to guarantee the protection of those who significantly influenced his youthful aspirations.
Beyond the realm of security, another fire burns within him, a passion for theatre and acting. From school stages to Bhojpuri films, he embraced the arts with the same fervour that drove his career. He has acted in various movies like Sanghars 2, Apradhi, Great Bhaiya ji and many more. Though duty called him elsewhere, his love for performance remains a testament to his multifaceted spirit.
