A Star-Studded Sunday Spectacle
On Sunday, Mumbai witnessed an unforgettable afternoon as Forest Hills, a visionary project by founder Viresh Chhabra and luxury consultant Nisha JamVwal, hosted a star-studded brunch that transitioned into a champagne sundowner until 8 PM. Attended by Mumbai’s elite, corporate leaders, lawyers, surgeons, politicians, artists, and celebrities including film star Neil Nitin Mukesh with his wife Rukmini and daughter Noorvi, the event unveiled Forest Hills, a development redefining conscious living near Mumbai.

Luxury Meets Sustainability
Blending luxury with sustainability, Forest Hills integrates real estate with purpose, style with substance, and community with respect for nature. The celebration featured live kitchens, immersive experiences, and films showcasing the landscape, emphasising that real estate can serve both luxury and purpose. A highlight was Chhabra’s pledge, announced by Neil Nitin Mukesh, to donate land for an animal shelter and plant 100,000 trees, aligning Forest Hills with environmentally responsible living.

Visionaries and Voices for Change
Nisha JamVwal and Chhabra spoke passionately about the thoughtfully designed landscape at Tala, with a film by Natasha Baid highlighting its sustainability focus. Notable attendees included Anu and Anju Malik, Niranjan Hiranandani, Prahlad Kakkar, Mrunalini and Vikrum Deshmukh, actors Raman Lamba, Mahesh Thakker, Varsha Usgaonkar, couturiers Pria Kataria Puri and Esha Amin, Krisha Lulla, Nawaz Singhania, Aakif Habib, Noopur Desai, Penaz Masani, Nayantara Thacker, Tanaz Doshi, Malika Singhania, Consul Generals Harjinder Kang, Kobbi Shoshani, Donnawit Poolsawat, and doctors Nandita Palshetkar, Hemant Thakker, Anil Tibrewala, Mazda and Keki Turel, and Rishma Dhillon Pai. Guests, dressed in forest-inspired colours, enjoyed extravagant cuisine from live kitchens, a never-ending buffet, and grazing tables.

A Legacy of Purposeful Living
Rooted in Dubai’s elevated living standards, Chhabra and his father Ved bring sophistication to India, surrounded by forests and fresh air. The brunch marked the start of a movement toward mindful, nature-integrated living. JamVwal, a UNGC member and environmentalist, emphasised Forest Hills as a precedent for blending real estate with purpose, luxury, and compassion, a mission shared by Chhabra and his father. Forest Hills sets a bold standard for sustainable luxury in India. This event signals the rise of a transformative lifestyle that harmonises elegance with environmental stewardship.
