इनबुक फाउंडेशन द्वारा आयोजित” – राजभाषा हिंदी का सम्मान प्रतियोगिता 2022- संपन्न हुई । विजेताओं को मिले पुरस्कार और प्रमाण पत्र । सभी विजेताओं को बधाई एवं हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं ।

Hindi Story Writing and Satire Competition, is an endeavor by Cafe Social, Inbook Cafe to promote Hindi writers and their creativity. We have been organizing this competition for the last two years consecutively. This Competition is a platform for promoting Hindi Creative Writing and the hidden talent across our country as not only do we give cash rewards to the first three winners, but the next ten consolation winners’ stories  get  featured in our monthly magazine for their creativity. 

Last year, we had received over 600 promising entries and this year we received a phenomenal response with over 1000 entries. The entries were received from all corners of India, from doctorates of Hindi Literature to any aspiring Hindi writer. There were responses also from senior citizens. 

We were honored to have distinguished Hindi Literature personalities, Dr. Saket Sahay, Dr. Anita Agrawal, Dr. Vinod Bhardwaj, Dr. Meena Godre and Dr. Sunita Chauhan judging the entries. Cafe Social is enormously grateful to them for their support as their task was not easy. The judges had to do a thorough job of sorting and shortlisting. 

The competition ran for about three months and had to be extended for another month due to the number of participants. The writings had to be sorted out based on which entries were qualified, and which were disqualified as many did not follow the consideration norms. Once they were segregated, all entries had to be named, numbered, score cards had to created for each entry and for each judge, data had to be accumulated; and finally based on score system from all judges and after much deliberation, we were delighted to announce the winners of the Hindi Writing Competition 2022-2023 on 26th of January, Republic Day, 2023.

Although the response was phenomenal, there were certain parameters based on which entries had to be rejected. There was duplication of entries. Despite having set rules – word limit, specifying in English and Hindi that entries would be accepted only for stories or satires, participants sent us poetries. While it was specifically mentioned that the work must be original, we received published stories which we had to outrightly reject. All entries had to be drafted on a Word Document, or typed and sent in PDF format, but many entries that we received were sent in a haphazard manner on WhatsApp, or a piece of paper. Many responses did not even have a subject line, or a headline for the story.

We could therefore consider only few of the 1000 entries received that fell into the parameters of set norms. The first three winners of the Competition based on ranking are as follows:

1) Dr. Bhavna Savalia from Rajkot- Gujarat, who will be awarded a certificate and cash prize of Rs.21,000,
2) Dr. Sheela Kumari from Thiruvananthapuram – Kerala , who will be awarded a certificate and cash prize of Rs.15000 &
3) Dr. Karuna Pande from Lucknow- Uttar Pradesh who will be awarded a certificate of participation & cash prize of Rs.11,000.

Shortlisted candidates, especially consolation winners were almost marginally away from the first 3 positions and therefore they should be equally honored.

Consolation winners in order of their ranking  are as follows:

3) Gyanchand Marmagya-Bangalore – Karnataka
4) Rashmita Sharma – Indore – Madhya Pradesh
5) Diksha Tyagi – Patna – Bihar
6) Alka Kothawade – Nashik – Maharashtra
7) Anup Bansal – Rohtak – Haryana
8) Sushant Kumar- Fakirabaad – Uttar Pradesh
9) Manorama Jain – Mehgoan – Bhind &
10) Umesh S. Rajput – Raipur Chattisgarh

They all will be awarded participation certificates and their stories will be featured in our monthly Cafe- Social magazine. Congratulations to all winners and a huge thank you to all the participants. For those who did not make it this year… there is still hope for the coming next year.

Since, we intend to continue our Hindi Writing Competition year on year and honor our Hindi language Entries, here are a few guidelines to remember and note, all entries should be in proper format, typed, in Word Document or PDF format, within the threshold of number of words allowed, subject line must be clear, story should have a headline, author’s designation should be clearly mention, a short bio or brief about the author and a photograph should be duly sent with entries to ease our process of selection and facilitate timely announcements of winners.

राजभाषा हिन्दी का सम्मान प्रतियोगिता 2022

हिंदी कहानी लेखन और व्यंग्य प्रतियोगिता, हिंदी लेखकों और उनकी रचनात्मकता को बढ़ावा देने के एक प्रयास के अंतर्गत कैफे सोशल एवं इनबुक कैफे के तत्वावधान में आयोजित की गई । हम पिछले दो वर्षों से लगातार इस प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन कर रहे हैं। यह प्रतियोगिता रचनात्मक हिंदी लेखन और हमारे देश भर में छिपी प्रतिभाओं को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक मंच है। इस प्रतियोगिता में हम प्रथम तीन विजेताओं को नकद पुरस्कार देते हैं और अन्य दस श्रेष्ठ प्रतिभागियों की कहानियों को हमारी मासिक पत्रिका में प्रकाशित करते हैं।

पिछले वर्ष हमें 200 से अधिक आशाजनक प्रविष्टियाँ मिली थीं और इस वर्ष हमें 1000 से अधिक प्रविष्टियों के साथ अभूतपूर्व प्रतिसाद मिला। प्रविष्टियाँ भारत के सभी कोनों से प्राप्त हुई हैं, जिनमें हिंदी साहित्य के डॉक्टरेटधारी लेखकों से लेकर कई उभरते महत्वाकांक्षी लेखक सम्मिलित हैं। वरिष्ठ नागरिकों की ओर से भी प्रतिक्रियाएँ आई हैं।

हमारे निर्णायक मंडल में साहित्यिक हस्तियों श्री सहाय, डॉ. अनीता अग्रवाल, डॉ. विनोद भारद्वाज, डॉ. मीना गोदरे और डॉ. सुनीति चौहान द्वारा प्रविष्टियों का मूल्यांकन किया गया। कैफे सोशल उनके सहयोग के लिए उनका बहुत आभारी है क्योंकि उनका काम आसान नहीं था। निर्णायकों को विजेताओं का चयन करना था जबकि सभी प्रविष्टियाँ एक से बढ़कर एक थीं।

प्रतियोगिता लगभग तीन महीने तक चली और प्रतिभागियों की संख्या के कारण इसे एक और महीने के लिए बढ़ाना पड़ा। रचनाओं को योग्यता के आधार पर क्रमबद्ध किया जाना था और अनेक रचनाओं को अयोग्य पाया गया  क्योंकि कई ने मानदंडों का पालन नहीं किया था। एक बार जब उन्हें अलग कर दिया गया, तो सभी प्रविष्टियों को नाम दिया जाना था, क्रमांकित किया जाना था, प्रत्येक प्रविष्टि के लिए अंक-पत्रक बनाए जाने थे और प्रत्येक निर्णायकों के लिए आँकड़े भरने थे। अंत में सभी निर्णायकों द्वारा दिये गए अंकों के आधार पर विचार-विमर्श के बाद हमें 26 जनवरी 2023 (गणतंत्र दिवस) को हिंदी का सम्मान प्रतियोगिता 2022-23 के विजेताओं की घोषणा की गई।

14 सितंबर 2022 से 31 दिसंबर 2022 तक चली हिंदी प्रतियोगिता में संपूर्ण भारत से हजारों प्रतिभागियों ने भाग लिया है। हम सभी प्रतिभागियों के बहुत आभारी हैं और प्रथम तीन स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले विजेताओं के साथ ही उपविजेताओं को भी बधाई देते हैं।

हालांकि प्रतिक्रिया अभूतपूर्व थी, लेकिन कुछ पैमाने ऐसे थे, जिनके आधार पर कई प्रविष्टियों को अस्वीकार करना पड़ा। प्रविष्टियों का दोहराव था। नियम निर्धारित करने के बावजूद शब्द सीमा का उल्लंघन किया गया, केवल कहानियों या व्यंग्यों को स्वीकार किया जाएगा, प्रतिभागियों ने हमें कविताएं भेजीं। पहले से निर्धारित था कि रचना अप्रकाशित व मौलिक होनी चाहिए, हमें पहले प्रकाशित कहानियां मिलीं जिन्हें हमें स्पष्ट रूप से अस्वीकार करना पड़ा। सभी प्रविष्टियाँ टाइप होना अनिवार्य था और कई प्रविष्टियों को व्हाट्सएप पर अव्यवस्थित तरीके से भेजा गया। इसलिए हमने प्राप्त 1000 प्रविष्टियों में से केवल योग्य प्रविष्टियों पर विचार किया हैं जो निर्धारित मापदंडों के अनुरूप थी।

प्रतियोगिता के पहले तीन विजेताओं में प्रथम डॉ भावना साँवलिया रहीं, जिन्हें प्रमाण पत्र और 21000 रुपये नकद, द्वितीय डॉ शीला कुमारी, जिन्हें प्रमाण पत्र और 15000 रुपये नकद और तृतीय डॉ करुणा रहीं। विशेष रूप से सांत्वना पुरस्कार के लिए डॉ चमन माहेश्वरी, डॉ रंजना जायसवाल, ज्ञानचंद मर्मज्ञ, रश्मिता शर्मा, दीक्षा त्यागी, अलका कोठवाडे, अनूप बंसल, सुशांत कुमार, मनोरमा जैन और उमेश राजपूत को चुना गया। उन्हें प्रमाण-पत्र प्रदान किया जाएगा और उनकी कहानियों को हमारे मासिक कैफे सोशल में प्रकाशित किया जाएगा।

चूंकि हम अपनी हिंदी का सम्मान प्रतियोगिता को आगे जारी रखेंगे इसलिए आप हर वर्ष इस प्रतियोगिता में भाग ले सकेंगे।
